He is the “Pioneer” in bringing the multimedia revolution in Kollam, just like it is the cashew nut capital, His institutions “Logic Multimedia Group (The Flagship of Logic Group of institutions” and “LIME – Logic Institute of Multimedia Education” are the twin capitals of Multimedia in Kollam. Born in the year 1980, at Karunagapally in Kollam district of the God’s own Country in Kerala, his father Maliyattu Gopinath, belonged the stalwarts of erstwhile business group. Gopakumar Logic had his primary education in Adinadu Government UP School. Then he had his high schooling in Government Model Higher Secondary School. Later he did his graduation from D.B. College, Sastamkotta. He acquired his MBA – Marketing from IGNOU. He became an authority in Multimedia after getting the “IRIS” certification. He further had his expertise in “Film Technology & Visual Effects” from Media City – Dubai. He has designed, developed and maintaining more than 370 reputed and high profile websites for National and International clients. He has directed and created more than 250 Ad Films and about 20 documentary and docu-fiction films. He has also created many ‘LOGOS’ for prestigious institutions. The he added a feather in his cap when he got the Kerala State Government Award for best docufiction for Road Safety: “Mrithiyude Nerkazhchakal”.
